Turn on autocomplete for DOS shell

I know everyone knows this by now ,but this happened to me after a very long time of always having autocomplete enabled.

Enabling filename completion for the "DOS" shell :

1.Open REGEDIT
2.Edit HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Command Processor
3.Change the CompletionChar value to 0x00000009
