2005 - 2007 Gordons Bay : Grow up - buy some property

In 2005 I made a sound financial decision – buy a home stop making someone else rich and grow up -the latter still need some practice .... :P

I bought a 2 bedroom Sectional Title on the Mountainside in Gordons Bay. It was a bit of a struggle at first because the owner took her time and it drove me up the wall bla bla bla.I finally moved into my new place in December 2005 and the complaints have been minimal. I managed to furnish most of the space, but there is still a lot to do.

The main attraction is the spectacular views - Falsebay, Helderberg and the Hottentots Holland Mountain range behind me. The sundowner sessions have become a regular and life is more relaxed.
