Can’t stop laughing? Do you sometimes face difficulties to stop laughing, especially when it’s not the time to laugh? You might offend someone or get into trouble when you’re laughing at an inappropriate time.

1. Focus - Make yourself pain by pinching yourself or biting your finger to take your focus away (from the matter that made you laugh)
2. Avoid eye contact - When you have eye contact with someone else that is laughing too, you will laugh louder and hardly control yourself. Look elsewhere and try your best not to have eye contact with others.
3. Think of something else - Distract yourself from thinking the matter that made you laugh by thinking of something else.
4. Excuse yourself - Excuse yourself if you still can’t stop laughing although you’ve already done the steps above. Go elsewhere where no one will hear or see you and laugh out as you wish to.

SHANE CROSS (1986-2007)

Shane Cross passed away on 7 March in Australia as a result of a motorcycle accident that also involved his friend and teammate, Ali Boulala, who was seriously injured.

Always smiling, he’ll be missed by all -roll forever SHANE CROSS !

Ali Boulala was put into a hospital induced coma to stabilize his condition - I hope he recovers swiftly - the Flip website will be updated with the latest news when they have it.

2005 – Cape Town to Wilderness: December Holiday

In December 2005 I flew my sister down for a holiday. We started in Cape Town and spent most of the holiday in the Garden route to catch up with the family.It was one busy holiday packed with good times.

My uncle bought a beautiful piece of land in Wilderness – Langvlei Duine.Truly spectacular – in the bushes and untouched.We camped at his place and caught up with the lost years.

We had to juggle the time between my aunt’s restaurant – Track 29 and my uncle’s place.It all worked out good – just a pity that it was so short.
